OUR STAFF/Leadership Team
Tamara Carter: Has worked for Lake Washington School District for over 10 years. She is currently their Reading Program Coordinator & Safety Net Instructor. Works with k-2nd grade reading instruction groups. Tamara has a degree in Social Behavior from Northwest Nazarene University. She is also a mom of 2 college age children.
Cathy Elder: Has been working with children & families for over 15 years. Has a degree in Elementary Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Taught 1st graders in the Bellevue School District for 6 years, and is the mother of twin 6 year old boys.
Melissa Gill: Has been a full time teacher for 6 years and is currently teaching kindergarten at Clyde Hill Elementary. Melissa has a Liberal Studies degree with an emphasis in Elementary Education from Biola University and has her CLAD (Cross-Cultural Language & Academic Development) Credential. She loves working with children and their families and is expecting a little one of her own this summer.
Danielle Knight: Is the mother of 3 kids (8, 4, & 2). She has a masters in special education from Nova University and a bachelors in communication disorders from the University of South Florida. Danielle has worked in schools and with children ranging from preschool to high school.
